NOTES - BCOR 2200 must be taken after BCOR 2000, but the other 2000-level BCORs can be taken in any order.
- Both BCOR 2000 and BCOR 2200 (plus 52 hours completed) are prerequisites for 3000-level ACCT courses. In order to be prepared to begin ACCT courses, we strongly recommend that you complete BCOR 2000 and 2200 in the sophomore year.
ACCT 3220 is the prerequisite for ACCT 3230. ACCT 3320 may be taken along with ACCT 3220 OR 3230. - The 3000-level ACCT courses are the prerequisites for the 4000-level ACCT courses. However, if you choose a 4000-level course that only has ACCT 3220 and/or ACCT 3320 as the prerequisite, then you make take a 4000-level accounting course while also taking ACCT 3230.
- We recommend that you take no more than 2 ACCT courses at any one time as these are challenging courses.
- BCOR 3010 and BCOR 3000 are recommended for junior year. ACCT 4850 is a senior year course generally taken in your last semester before graduation.
- You will also complete 15-18 hours of Business electives, which can be spread throughout the junior and senior years.
