Advising
Who is my assigned advisor?
To see the name of your assigned advisor, log in to CUConnect. Click on the PLUS tab and then scroll down and click on “Registration Status.” The name of your advisor will be on this page, near the bottom. Some students who entered prior to Fall 2005 were not assigned advisors.
In the business school, you are not required to see your assigned advisor. You may choose to work with any of the advisors. If you have developed a positive relationship with an advisor other than the one assigned to you, feel free to see this advisor. Contact us.

How do I get in to see an advisor?
We see Business students on a walk-in basis Monday through Thursday 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm and Friday 9:30-12 and 1-4pm. You must arrive by 11:45 and 3:45 to be seen before closing. During these times, you may come in and see the first available advisor. We also schedule appointments for Business students Monday-Thursday from 9am-12pm (last appointment starts at 11:30am). If you’d like to make an appointment, please call the front desk at 303-492-6515. Appointments do fill up, so plan ahead if you are hoping for an appointment, especially during registration. We do not do appointments during the first two weeks of the semester.
During the first two weeks of the semester and during registration months (November and April) the advising center gets extremely busy and you may experience a longer than usual wait. If you are planning your schedule for next semester, come see us early, before registration starts, so that you don’t have to wait as long. If you need to see us during registration time, we highly recommend that you call ahead for an appointment, visit us in the morning when wait times are shorter, and give yourself plenty of time before you need to be somewhere. Please try to be patient; we will see students as quickly as we can.
We see non-business students on a walk-in basis only. We do not see non-business students during registration months or during the first two weeks of the semester.
Our office is located in Koelbel (the business building) room 115.

Academic Requirements
What are business electives and where are they listed?
Business electives are any courses offered by the business school that you take in addition to your BCOR and Area of emphasis requirements. You are required to complete 15-18 credits depending on when you started your program. You may use your electives to do extra courses in your area, to complete an area of application or certificate, or to pursue other business interests.
These courses are not gathered under one prefix, so it’s hard to see a complete list in the registration system. You would need to search by the different prefixes (ACCT, FNCE, REAL, etc.). An easier way to see a list of courses that will count as Business electives is to look at the University Catalog. Near the back of the catalog, there is a complete listing of Leeds Business course descriptions. Please make sure you check pre-requisites before enrolling in business electives.
How long does it take to complete an Area of Emphasis?
It depends on the Area and your other plans. All the areas have prerequisites so the first step is to look at these and make sure you take courses in the required order (i.e. you must take the 2 3000-level FNCE courses before you can enroll in the 4000-level FNCE courses). After you have completed the introductory BCORs , most areas take 3 semesters to complete.
In addition, if you plan to Study Abroad or take a semester off, this could affect how long it takes to complete your Area. Please see an advisor to discuss your plans.
Transfer students and IUT students who come in without BCORs completed can take up to 6 semesters to complete their area of emphasis requirements because of prerequisites.
How do I change my area of emphasis?
If you would like to change your area, contact the Undergraduate Student Services office either by stopping by the front desk, e-mailing leedsug@colorado.edu, or calling us at 303-492-6515. If you are near graduation and an area change may affect your graduation timeline, we will ask you to sit down with an advisor before the change is made.

I took ECON 1000-Introduction to Economics at CU. Do I still need 2010 and 2020?
We will allow students who have already taken ECON 1000 to complete either ECON 3070 OR ECON 3080, and these two courses (ECON 1000 AND ECON 3070/3080) will substitute for ECON 2010 and 2020. You cannot receive credit for Both ECON 1000 and ECON 2010/2020.
Can I do two areas of emphasis (AKA “double major”)?
You can only officially complete one area of emphasis. You may be able to unofficially complete two areas of emphasis, but only one will show up on your transcript. If you decide to do two, we will ask that you designate a “primary area” to appear on your transcript. You complete the second area by using your Business electives to take the18 hours of courses for the additional area. In all cases, the Capstone courses are designed for and will be offered to students whose primary area falls in that category. We cannot guarantee that you will get into all the required courses for a second area of emphasis.
You may put both areas on your resume, and if a potential employer needs confirmation that you completed both, the Advising office can write a confirmation letter.

I have a MAPS deficiency. Which course should I take?
There are specific courses that are approved for MAPS, so you can’t just take any course in that area. For example, if you have a Geography MAPS deficiency, you can’t just pick a course in the Geography department; you must take GEOG 1982, 1992, 2002, or 2412, which are the approved courses for this deficiency.
For a complete list of approved courses for your deficiency, come to the Undergraduate Student Services office or visit http://aac.colorado.edu/orientation/maps.asp. If you have a class in mind, and you are wondering if it will meet your deficiency you can also look at the course description for that class. If the course is approved, there will be a statement at the end of the description that says “approved for MAPS” and tells you what MAPS requirement the course covers.
My progress sheet shows a MAPS deficiency, but I know I took it in high school. What do I need to do?
You can submit an appeal asking that your MAPS be re-evaluated. Bring a copy of your high school transcript and a description of the course you feel meets the requirement to the Undergraduate Student Services office. An advisor will evaluate these documents and get back to you. It usually takes about a week to get an answer.

How do I get credit for an internship?
In general, we do NOT give credit for internships in the Leeds school of business, with some exceptions. We do give internship credit for Accounting, OPIM, and Real Estate internships that are arranged and pre-approved by these programs and have a course associated with them.
We do recognize the value of doing internships to help you develop skills for your future career. We encourage you to do internships for this reason, but you cannot receive credit for general internships. If your employer will not allow you to do an internship unless you are enrolled for credit, then you can visit Career Services in Willard hall to sign up for CSVC 1000 for 1 credit hour. However, this internship credit will NOT count toward your Leeds business degree.

Assessments
How do I know whether or not you have received my scores?
Because both the math and excel assessments are done online, we get your scores almost as soon as you do. When you have finished your test, if you see a box/screen come up that tells you what score you received, then that score was sent to us as well. If you see an error message or don’t see your scores, then that means we didn’t get them either. If this happens during the math assessment, notify the proctor right away.
With the Excel assessment, the most common error results from a firewall that blocks your computer from submitting the scores online. Please see the assessments page for instructions on temporarily disabling your firewall and other troubleshooting tips. If your computer crashes or something strange happens and you just aren’t sure, you can e-mail us at leedsug@colorado.edu and we can check to see if your scores went through.

I can’t get my Excel CD to work. What do I do?
First of all, SAM will not run on a MAC so check that you are using a PC. If you are taking the assessment on campus, make sure that you are in one of the computer labs that allows this software; you can’t do this assessment in all the labs on campus. Then, you must go to the SAM website at http://sam2003.course.com and log-in.
When you get to this website for the first time, you must register as a new user. If you have already registered make sure you are entering the correct log-in information. Next, there are two different codes you need, an Institution Code and a Key Code. Students often confuse these. The Institution code is provided in the instructions (Instructions can be found on the assessments website). The Key code is inside the CD you purchase. Make sure you are entering these two codes in the appropriate places.
Many computers also have firewalls and pop-up blockers that won't allow the program to run, so you might have to turn these off temprarily. If none of these suggestions solves the problem, contact the testing coordinator, Dr. Tom Nelson, Tom.Nelson@colorado.edu. Please note the specific problem and any error messages in your e-mail.
Where do you purchase assessments?
You purchase both the Excel and the Math assessment at the CU bookstore located in the University Memorial Center. Ask for the "Leeds Excel Assessment" or the "Leeds Math Assessment" at the textbook counter. The cost is $20 plus tax, payable by credit card, cash, or check. The Excel assessment is a CD that you purchase and take home to complete.
The math assessment is proctored and only offered on specific dates. For times and location of upcoming exams, please see the assessments website. Incoming business students will have a chance to take this assessment at orientation. Once you have purchased the math assessment, you need to go to this website and reserve a time! Then, you need to bring your receipt to the testing site as proof of purchase to gain admission.

Grades & GPA
What GPA do I need?
You must maintain a cumulative (grades from all courses taken) and business GPA of 2.0 If either GPA drops below 2.0, You will be placed on academic probation and must raise the GPA(s) to a 2.0 within one semester or you will be suspended from main campus. If you started in leeds summer 2008 or later, you must earn a C- or better in each course required for your Area of Emphasis.
How to check Business GPA online?
Log on to CUConnect. Click on the "Course" tab. On the left navigation bar, click on "Get your Degree Audit." This will open a new window. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Leeds School of Business in the drop down menu. Click on the "Business GPA" button.
What courses am I allowed to take pass/fail?
Only non-business electives may be taken on a pass/fail basis. All A&S core, BCOR, Area of Emphasis, and Business Elective hours must be taken for a grade. In addition, all courses taken for MAPS deficiencies must be graded. A maximum of 6 hours (16 hours if you started at Leeds prior to the summer of 09 ) of pass/fail credit may be applied toward the B.S. degree in business administration. Pass/fail determination must be made within the first two weeks of the semester and is irreversible. A maximum of 6 pass/fail hours may be taken in any one semester.
What happens if I fail a course?
If you fail a course that is required for your degree, you will need to retake it and pass it in order to meet your degree requirements. You should consider using course repetition to repeat the course. For information on this program, visit http://registrar.colorado.edu/students/registration/course_repetition.html . NOTE: this program will be discontinued with the spring of 2010 semester.
All Fs are calculated into your GPA and can cause a significant decline in GPA. You must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and business GPA to avoid probation and possible suspension. If you are struggling in a course, please ask for help early in the semester.
How is my GPA calculated?
The overall University of Colorado at Boulder GPA is computed as follows:
- Add up all the “points” for the courses you have taken. You can find these points printed on your transcript in the far right column. You can print an unofficial copy of your transcript from CUConnect>Plus.
- Divide the total number of points by the total number of hours to get your GPA.
Courses with grade symbols of P, NC, *** , W, IF are excluded when totaling the hours.
Your business GPA is calculated as follows:
- Add up the “points” for your business coursework (again these are on your transcript).
- Divide the total number of points by the total number of hours to get your business GPA.
Grades of F earned for courses graded on a pass/fail option are included in the GPA. IFs that are not completed within one year are calculated as Fs in the GPA at the end of the one-year grace period. Courses repeated without using Course Repetition may be removed from the GPA.
What grade is considered passing?
Any course grade of D- or better may be used to fulfill degree requirements in the Leeds School of Business at the current time. For students starting in Leeds summer 08 or later, a grade of C- must be earned in any courses used for your Area of Emphasis. However, please be aware that you must maintain 2.0 cumulative, business, and area GPAs so you can't afford many Ds.
Can I take an incomplete?
Incompletes are given rarely and only when circumstances beyond the student’s control strongly warrant an exception. Arrangements for incompletes must be made with the instructor. If you are granted an incomplete, your record will show an “I,” which stands for Incomplete Fail. Once you complete the course, you will be given a grade for the course. I's that are not completed within one academic year convert to Fs.
Please note: It is university policy that an I is posted on your transcript, and will remain even once you complete the course. Once an I becomes a grade, it will appear on your transcript as “ B+/I.”
How do I sign up for Course Repetition?
Option 1: You can now sign up for Course Repetition during registration. If you have access to the registration system, go into the drop/add screen (on CUConnect) and look at your schedule for the upcoming semester during which you are taking the course for the second time. There is a column on the far right of the screen that says “Course Repetition.” Click on “Apply” next to the course you are repeating. Once you have been accepted into the program, "Apply" will switch to "Accepted" or "Declined" so make sure you check back. This program will be discontinued with the spring of 2010 semester.
Option 2: After the semester begins during which you are taking the course the second time, go to CUConnect, click on the "Academics and Research" tab, and then under Registrar’s forms, click on “Course Repetition" and follow the instructions. For more information, see http://registrar.colorado.edu/.
You have a maximum of 10 hours of course repetition. Course Repetition may be used if you earn a D+ or lower in a course. You can only repeate a course one time under course repetition. You must repeat the course at CU. You are not eligible for Course Repetition if you receive a failing grade based on academic dishonesty. When you use Course Repetition, the first grade is taken out of your gpa calculations and only the second is used. Both grades will still appear on your transcript.

How do I get a tutor?
There are tutors available for some courses through the Student Academic Services Center. Visit www.colorado.edu/sasc/tutors for more information. If you live in the residence halls, tutoring is also available through your hall at no charge. Visit Residence Life for more details.
I earned a low grade on my first test. What should I do?
You have fewer opportunities to affect your grade in college courses so a low grade generally has serious consequences. Don't just assume you will do better next time or that you can bring it up on the final exam. Don't wait to figure out what you are missing. Discuss the exam with your instructor/professor/TA as soon as possible. Review what you missed and assume this material will show up on another exam. Make sure you are very clear about how the curve and grading scale work for the course. Visit your academuc advisor for assistance with finding the right resources. Get a tutor, form a study group, and attend a test preparation workshop.

Graduation
I’m graduating this year. What should I do?
First, you need to visit the Undergraduate Student Services office and request a senior audit. When you request your audit, an advisor will go through your record and evaluate your remaining degree requirements and send you an official contract letting you know what courses you need to complete to graduate.
When you get your senior audit in the mail, you should read it carefully and make sure you understand everything on it. Then, you need to sign a copy of your audit and mail it back to us in the enclosed envelope. When you sign your audit, you are agreeing that all the information it contains is correct. If you have questions about your audit or your remaining requirements, you need to see an advisor as soon as possible.
Requesting a senior audit gets your name on the graduation list. This list will be posted in the Undergraduate Student Services office several months before graduation (October for December graduation and March for May/August graduation). You should check this list to make sure your name is on it, and see the Undergraduate Student Services office if it’s not.
Information about the Leeds Recognition ceremony can be found on the graduation website. Please note that seating for the December Leeds ceremony is limited. Tickets will be distributed to graduates in early December. Seating for the May Leeds ceremony is open. Information about the university-wide Commencement can be found at http://www.colorado.edu/Chancellor/Commencement/.
How do I know what requirements are left in my degree?
Your Academic Progress sheet is the official record of what requirements you have completed and what requirements you still need to complete. You can get a copy of this document at any time by stopping by the Undergraduate Student Services office and asking for one. It is your responsibility to review your progress toward degree regularly, and to ask an advisor if you have questions.
In your graduating year, you will also request a senior audit, which will give you more information about your remaining degree requirements. Please see the preceding question for more information about the senior audit.
Can I delay graduation to complete a certificate or minor?
Yes we will allow you to delay graduation in order to complete a certificate or minor or just to take extra courses. A minor or certificate CANNOT be added to your degree after graduation; all minors and certificates must be complete at the time the degree is awarded.
Should I complete a senior audit for the ceremony or for the semester I will finish my degree requirements?
Senior audits should be completed for the semester you are completing your degree requirements. Maymester is part of the summer semester so any courses planned or taken then mean you are completing your degree in summer semester and your degree completion will be August, not May. If you plan any courses as transfer credit to complete your degree then you will need to see an advisor for the rules about this and when you should apply for your senior audit.
Remember that whether you are completing your degree requirements in spring or summer semester your name will appear in the graduation program for the May ceremony unless you request the following December ceremony.
I am a double degree student and want to graduate from Leeds, even though my second degree is not complete. What do I need to do?
In order to graduate with a double degree, requirements for BOTH must be completed. You cannot graduate from one college and then return to complete the second degree. You will either need to wait to graduate from Leeds until the second degree is complete, or you will need to drop your second degree and just graduate with one degree. If you choose to drop your 2nd degree, you will need to visit your advisor in that college to have the degree officially removed from your record so that you can be graduated.
I am completing my last requirement(s) through a Continuing Education course and I have a year to complete it. When I graduate, what will my degree reflect?
Your graduation date is determined by the semester in which all credits are finalized and posted on your records. For example, if you register in a correspondence course in Spring 2006 and complete it (grade is recorded) in Spring 2007, your graduation date is Spring 2007. Once you get your grade for the course and let the Undergraduate Student Services office know that you have completed the course then we will add you to the next graduation date. As a general rule, you should plan to complete a course approximately 5 weeks before the end of the semester to insure that grades will be posted in time to count for that semester’s graduation.
Can I participate in an earlier graduation ceremony to be with my friends, even though I still have credits to complete to graduate?
Yes, you can “walk” in the University Commencement and the Leeds Recognition ceremonies simply by coming to the ceremonies in a cap and gown. No “sign-up” is necessary. However, your name will not appear in the University Commencement bulletin until your actual graduating semester (August graduates appear in the May Commencement bulletin). We can make arrangements for your name to appear in the Leeds Recognition ceremony program for the semester you are “walking.” If you would like us to do this, please see an advisor.
Walking in the ceremony does not constitute actual graduation. When noting the date of your graduation on resumes and such, you should list the date your degree is actually conferred. Your degree will be awarded during the next graduation cycle (December, May, or August) AFTER your requirements are complete and grades recorded. It is your responsibility to notify us when all requirements are complete. We cannot retroactively date your graduation based on the ceremony you participate in.

Minors
I’m a non-business student. How do I add a minor in business?
There is no application or paperwork for adding the minor. If you contact the Undergraduate Student Services office at 303-492-6515 or leedsug@colorado.edu , we will add the minor designation to your student record in the computer system. Be aware that the minor is considered a summer program, so you will need to plan on taking the required business courses over a minimum of 2 summers. Once you have completed all the required courses, come to our office for a “Minor completion form.” We will fill out this form and sign off on your minor and then you will turn the form in to your major advisor.
You are responsible for knowing the current minor requirements (they did change in Spring 06). For the most recent information, go to the Business Minor page.
I’m a business student and want to add a minor in another department. What do I do?
First, you need to research. Not all departments offer minors, so you need to see if the department you are interested in does have a minor. You can find general information about minors in the catalog and on the individual departments’ websites. Then, you need to go to that department to add the minor and get advising on the specific requirements for that minor.
Can I complete or add a minor after graduation?
NO. All minors must be complete and on record at the time the degree is awarded.
Non-Business Students
I am currently a CU student, but I’m in a different college. How do I change to business (AKA: IUT)?
You will need to apply to the Business school through a process called Intra-University transfer or IUT. We accept applications for IUT twice a year, October 1 and March 1. There are requirements you must meet before you are eligible to apply. To review these requirements, please visit the Intra-University Transfer page .
Can I take BCOR classes as a non-business student?
During the Fall and Spring semesters, BCOR classes are restricted to business students only. As a non-business student, you may take BCOR courses in the summer only. Registration in BCOR courses is not restricted during summer terms. The exception to this rule is BCOR 1010 Introduction to Business. During the spring semester, this class will be opened to non-business students on the first day of class if space is still available.
Probation/Suspension
I’m on probation this semester? What should I do?
You should meet with your advisor often during this period. When you come in for your first (required) probation meeting, we will sit down with you and help you make a plan for getting off probation. It’s important to know what your GPAs are and what grades you need to get to successfully return to good standing, so make sure you are monitoring these closely. If you need help, ask for it early and often. Also see additional information on the Academic Assistance page.
Can I take courses while I’m on suspension?
You can’t take classes on the main campus during suspension. You do have some options through Continuing Education and other CU campuses. Please see the “Options for Students on Suspension” on the Academic Assistance page for more details.
Registration
How do I find out which courses fulfill the A & S Content Areas (AKA: A&S core)?
There are multiple places that you can look for this information. If you have a specific course in mind, you can look up the course description for that class in the catalog or on Schedule Planner. At the end of the description, it will say “Approved for Arts and Science core curriculum:______.” If you don’t have a specific course in mind and want to see a complete list, you can use the registration system or Schedule Planner. Go to www.colorado.edu , click on “CU Students,” then on “Schedule Planner and Course Availability.”
Enter the term and campus and click Go. Then click on the green tab that says "Search for Courses." Under Option 2 “Select A&S Core Options,” click on the third tab and then choose a core area from the drop down list. Click “Start search” and a list of courses that meets the selected Core area will appear. Remember that business requires specific courses for Math and Contemporary Societies so you don’t have choices in these two areas.
Note: If you miss clicking on the third tab to show courses only in a specific area, the search feature will show every course that's approved for anything so this is important!
Where can I find information about prerequisites? Can I register for a course without having met the prerequisites?
Pre-requisites are listed in the course description for each class. You can look these up in the catalog or on the registration system. In addition, you can find information about pre-requisites for BCOR classes by clicking here. The information sheets for each Area (available in the Undergraduate Student Services office) also list the prerequisites for the Area of Emphasis courses.
The registration system will allow you to register for a course without meeting the prerequisites, but this is NOT a good idea. If you register for a class you haven’t met the prerequisites for, you can be administratively dropped at any time during the semester. We do monitor prerequisites and you will likely get caught, so don’t risk it. It is your responsibility to know what prerequisites apply to each course.
Study Abroad/Transfer Credit
How can I be sure that a course taken at another school will count toward my Leeds degree?
Call the Office of Admissions at (303) 492-6301 to confirm that credit from the school in question is accepted into CU – Boulder (This is not necessary if the credit is from CU Denver or CU Colorado Springs or any of the Colorado Community Colleges).
Print out course description(s) (from catalog or Web) and/or syllabus for each course you'd like to take to have a business advisor evaluate. For online catalogs go to www.collegesource.org. Please narrow down your course selection to no more than 10 for approval. Submit these to the Undergraduate Student Services office or your advisor. We cannot generally evaluate courses on the spot during walk-in appointments. We will get back to you with the results of your evaluation within 5 business days.
We will fill out a form with you called a "Transfer Pre-approval" form that gives you permission to take a course elsewhere. This process should be complete BEFORE you begin the course(s), so please plan well in advance of the beginning of the semester. For study abroad advising, please click on this link for detaild information on the process.
How do I choose courses to take while on CU-study abroad?
You should choose courses that you are interested in AND that you think may fulfill requirements that you need. In the Program Handbook that you get from SA, there will be a list of courses that are pre-approved for A&S core so check any non-business courses you are thinking about taking against this list. The Undergraduate Student Services office will evaluate business courses and non-business electives and let you know if they will meet business requirements. For details about this process, http://studyabroad.colorado.edu/. see the next question.

How do I prepare to transfer credit from a study abroad program?
CU Study Abroad Program
At the Study Abroad Office (Office of International Education, located in the South Basement of the Environmental Design Building) research and select the program you want. Choose business courses you are interested in that may fill requirements you need. Before you start, you may want to get an updated copy of your progress sheet. Narrow down your course selection to no more than 10 for approval. You will need to find course descriptions for these courses. To do this:
- Go online for course descriptions at http://studyabroad.colorado.edu/.
- Click on “Getting Started."
- Click on “2. Look at Academic Information."
- Read through this information and then click on "course descriptions."
- Choose your program. Links to catalogs for CU Boulder programs are listed by country and you may download course descriptions.
Then, obtain the “Study Abroad Course Pre-approval form” from the study abroad office. This is also available online. If necessary, obtain pre-approved Arts & Sciences Core Equivalency list from the Study Abroad Office or online from the Program Specific handbook.
Drop both this form and your course descriptions off at Koelbel 115. When you drop these off, we will schedule an appointment with you for approximately 5 business days later. Plan for a minimum of 30 minutes to see an advisor for course approval.
Studying Abroad Independently
- Research and select the program (The Study Abroad Office may be able to give you some advice on where to look).
- Obtain “University of Colorado at Boulder Studying Abroad Independently” Course Pre-approval forms from the Study Abroad Office. Or, you may find the form online at http://studyabroad.colorado.edu .
Choose courses you are interested in and find course descriptions. For online catalogs, try www.collegesource.org.
Go to the Office of Admissions and have someone sign on the first line confirming that the institution is approved for transfer credit to CU (You must earn the equivalent of a C- or better for any courses to transfer.)
Plan for a minimum of 30 minutes to come into Koelbel 115 to see an advisor for approval. Appointments are available by calling (303) 492-6515. Bring the course descriptions/syllabi and pre-approval form with you. Narrow down your course selection to no more than 10 for approval.

Will studying abroad affect my graduation timeline?
It depends on your situation, your area of emphasis, and what remaining requirements you have. There are cases where it could affect your graduation, especially if done during your senior year. You should sit down with an advisor and discuss this when you begin planning for study abroad.
For example, if you have a Marketing area of emphasis, and you take the 2 3000-level MKTG courses in the spring of your JR year, then do a SA in the fall of your senior year, you would return still needing to do the 2 4000-level MKTG courses and the MKTG capstone. These cannot be done in the same semester since the 4000-level MKTG courses are pre-requisites for the capstone, so you would end up delaying your graduation for a semester in order to complete your area of emphasis. An advisor will be able to help you spot potential problems like this and avoid them.
If I study abroad during my graduating semester, can I still graduate on time?
No. Grades from study abroad do NOT arrive quickly enough to process graduation for the current semester. For this reason, studying abroad during your last semester will almost always mean delaying your official graduation for a semester. If you are planning to study abroad during your final semester, you should discuss with a Study Abroad advisor how long it will probably take to receive grades and course evaluations from your program. Once your grades are recorded in the system, we will add you to the next graduation cycle (May, August, or December). We cannot go back and award your degree retroactively.
Please note: It is your responsibility to let us know when your Study Abroad credit has been transferred in so that we can add your file to the next graduation cycle.
