This 3 day course provides participants with an understanding of how financial data is generated and reported, as well as how it is used for decision making, analysis and valuation. The participants will learn how to evaluate investment projects and analyze an organization’s operational performance. Through this course participants will be able to take a more active part in financial decisions, gain confidence in putting together budgets, P/L statements, sales and cash flow projections, and learn to factor in debt, dividends, depreciation and other money-related activities that can affect a firm’s financial future.
