CU has strong ties to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and has established the Colorado Center for Biorefining and Biofuels (C2B2). C2B2s mission is to become the world’s leading center for research, education, and innovation involving the integration of renewable energy sources into the chemical and fuels industry.
