The management division emphasizes:

  • Entrepreneurship and strategy - the backbone of intelligent management and successful companies, is presented in numerous courses including "entrepreneurship and small business management", "business plan preparation", and a projects course within entrepreneurial companies.
  • Human resource management - giving you the tools to manage organizational change, negotiate and resolve conflict, as well as highlighting specific human resource issues such as hiring, compensating, and motivating employees.
  • Sustainable and ethical management practices - these core values are taught, discussed and utilized throughout the Leeds curriculum. Management offers a successful and recognized course that focuses on environmentally sustainable business ventures - businesses that solve natural environmental challenges while achieving profitability.
