Hotel & Travel
While on Winter Break teams will need to:
1. Purchase Airline Tickets
2. Book Hotel Room(s)
3. Arrange Transportation to and from the Airport
Airline Tickets:
The most important thing to arrange is your flight itinerary. We encourage teams to make these arrangements as soon as possible. Since teams will be traveling to Colorado, prepare to encounter winter weather. We recommend that you try to get a flight that arrives into Denver earlier in the day. The absolute latest that teams can arrive into the airport in Denver is 4:00 pm MST on Friday, February 19th. Anything later than that and teams would run the risk of missing the crucial debriefing session. If you have specific questions regarding flight itinerary please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the historic Hotel Boulderado in downtown Boulder, CO.
