Inspired learning has a new home. The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder has opened its newly renovated and expanded Koelbel Building providing outstanding resources for students and the business community. The Koelbel Building enhances the Leeds School’s leadership in providing outstanding programs in business education, research, and practice.
The Leeds School has an extensive history of enhancing the business community by:
- Providing interns, student consulting teams, and young business graduates
- Educating managers and executives
- Attracting outstanding faculty who create new business knowledge through research
- Establishing excellence in areas that guide the practice of business including entrepreneurship, real estate, ethics, and sustainability.
The quality of the Leeds School has been recognized by a variety of organizations that consistently rank Leeds and its programs among the top business schools in the country:
- U.S. News and World Report ranked the Leeds School graduate entrepreneurship program 20th in the country and its undergraduate entrepreneurship program 16th.
- U.S. News also ranked the Leeds School undergraduate program 35th in the country and the MBA program 55th.
- The World Resources Institute and the Aspen Institute ranked the Leeds School 17th in the world for social and environmental stewardship in Beyond Grey Pinstripes magazine.
- The book, Colleges with a Conscience: 81 Great Schools with Outstanding Community Involvement , cited the Leeds School’s initiatives among the programs resulting in CU-Boulder’s inclusion.
