Biography
Mary has been in the Career Connections area for over 11 years. Mary was until recently the Director of Career Connections. In January she moved into a leadership role in Employer Relations and simultaneously reduced her hours to a three day work week.
Prior to her return to Boulder where she finished her undergrad studies, Mary was with Columbia University in a variety of leadership roles: Director of Financial Aid, Associate Athletic Director, Associate Director of MBA admissions, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs in the MBA Program and Executive Director of Executive Education Programs, Open Enrollment. Mary also worked at NYU, Cardozo Law School and Columbia School of Nursing. Prior to her work in higher education, Mary was a reading and learning disabilities specialist in a number of different geographies. Mary has her BA in English from CU Boulder and an MS in Reading from Duquesne, and ABD from Teacher’s College, Columbia University where she earned an M.Ed. in Higher Ed Administration en route to her doctorate.
