Larry Fenster

Larry Fenster is a Managing Partner in Margarita Group, LLC, a Merchant Banking and Advisory Services company focused on early stage technology businesses. Larry has been involved in raising capital for early stage businesses from Angels, Venture Capital Funds, and Strategic Partners. Larry is also an active Angel Investor with a history of numerous direct investments in early stage business, and also investments as a limited partner thru several Venture Capital Funds.
In 1977, Larry co-founded of Natkin Energy Management, a successful national energy performance contracting company (ESCO) located in Englewood Colorado. Larry served as the President of Natkin Energy Management, and its successor, ServiceMaster Energy Management from 1981 to 1997. From 1987-1997 he was an Executive Vice President in ServiceMaster where he was responsible for multiple P&L centers. He was also involved in a number of merger and acquisitions, as well as several turnarounds.
Larry has a BSEE from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Larry is a founding member of the Colorado Clean Tech Imitative, and serves on several University and Private Company boards.
