JJ is the Managing Partner of The Jordan Consulting Group, serving a variety of clients in the business, human resources, technology, food service, retail and sports industries. Her business strengths include strategic planning, sales and marketing, organizational transformation, process re-engineering, small business "tune-ups", project management, executive coaching, training and development, team building and management recruiting. She takes pride in a unique balance of general management skills and compassionate business savvy. JJ spent nine years as the Senior Director of Concept Development for Boston Market, a subsidiary of McDonald's. She was instrumental in launching the Boston Market brand and led the company's strategic growth initiatives.
