Overview
This year we will be joined by Corporate Speaker Rolddy Leyva, Market Vice President of Diversity, Corporate Services & Education for Sodexo USA, Academic Speaker Dr. Michelle "Mikki" Hebl of Rice University, and State of Colorado Demographer, Elizabeth Garner. The day will be moderated by Marc Wallace, Executive Coach and Consultant.
In addition to our guest speakers, we will engage in table-top working sessions facilitated by Leeds faculty, CU diversity leaders and corporate diversity champions.

Rolddy Leyva
Rolddy Leyva is responsible for developing and implementing fully integrated diversity solutions that drive Sodexo's workplace and marketplace diversity plans. Sodexo has been widely recognized for its innovative and cutting edge achievements in diversity including being ranked #1 on DiversityInc's 2010 Top 50 Companies for Diversity and recently #2 on the 2011 edition of the DiversityInc Top 50 list. Michelle "Mikki" Hebl
Dr. Hebl is a full professor in the Department of Psychology at Rice University. Her research is in discrimination and diversity in the workplace and in leadership. Dr. Hebl has published extensively in both mainstream social psychology and industrial organization psychology journals. She has won over fifteen teaching awards at Rice University and has been part of investigative teams awarded over $5 million in grant funding. At the Hebl Lab at Rice University, research focuses on issues related to identifying, understanding, and remediating discrimination.
Elizabeth Garner
Elizabeth Garner documents the relationship between jobs, people and community services like housing, education and health care, and coordinates special projects and research with other state and local agencies to improve the demographic and economic information available throughout Colorado for better understanding of local decision making.

Marc Wallace
Marc has over 35 years of business experience across multiple industries and disciplines. He is broad and deep in his coaching and consulting expertise. Marc’s business experience includes senior corporate leadership, board membership, and successful entrepreneur. His strong knowledge and experience in Organizational Change, Leadership Development, and Personal Effectiveness has helped guide senior management teams through significant organizational change, team development and overall performance improvement.
