Mathew Hayward studies applications of behavioral decision theory to strategy and organizational outcomes. His research has featured in the Economist and the New York Times. It has also been published in leading Management journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Management Science, Academy of Management Review and Strategic Management Journal. He applies this research to his teaching in Organizational Behavior, Strategy and Negotiations and to his consulting practice.
