Biography
Kim joined the Leeds staff in 2007 as Assistant Director of Marketing for the MBA Program, and transitioned to Career Connections in 2008. Kim initially managed a team dedicated to undergraduate career programming and advising. Kim currently works as part of the employer team to develop internship opportunities and source full-time positions for Leeds’ 3,000 undergraduate and 250 MBA students.
Kim’s past includes industry experience as a recruiter for McKinsey & Company, Inc. (Chicago), and MBA and college admissions at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and her alma mater, Dickinson College. Kim is currently pursuing graduate studies in Educational Foundations, Policy, and Practice at the University of Colorado’s School of Education where her focus is school inequality, higher education accessibility, and teacher recruitment and retention.
